Love Plugs Toys does not issue refunds. Refunds should be handled by the retailer you purchase the item from, if their policies allow it.

Limited 1-YEAR Warranty (USB Rechargeable and Select Products)

If your Love Plugs Toys product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, love Plugs Toys agrees to replace the product at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse, or abuse.

All Love Plugs Toys products covered under this warranty shall be designated as 1-Year Warranty on the product packaging. The warranty period begins on the date you purchased your product!

Customers must retain Proof of Purchase. Store receipts and/or images of the product packaging are considered acceptable Proof of Purchase.

In the event of out-of-stock colors, Love Plugs Toys reserves the right to substitute colors from available stock!

Limited 90-DAY Warranty (Battery Operated Products)

If your Love Plugs  Toys product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Love Plugs Toys agrees to replace the product at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse, or abuse.

All Love Plugs Toys products covered under this warranty shall be designated as a 90-day Warranty on the product packaging. 

The warranty period begins on the date you purchased your product!

Consumers need to keep their Proof of Purchase. Images of the product packaging and/or store receipts are accepted forms of proof of purchase.

Love Plugs Toys retains the right to substitute colors from the available stock in the case that a certain hue is out of stock!

How to Get Warranty Service

Please take the following action if a Love Plugs Toys product has a manufacturing flaw or malfunctions while it is still under warranty.

Limitations Of Warranty

• Consumers need to keep their Proof of Purchase. Images of the product packaging and/or store receipts are accepted forms of proof of purchase.
• Love Plugs Toys retains the right to substitute colors from the available stock in the case that a certain hue is out of stock!
• Love Plugs Toys maintains the right to refuse warranty assistance if the proof of purchase is inadequate.
• Only one item per warranty period may be requested under warranty.
• The 90-day and 1-year limited warranties for Love Plugs Toys are only good for anything that is sold in the United States. Products that need to be replaced will only be supplied to confirmed US addresses.
• For you to receive a warranty, we retain the right to ask that you return the product to us. Products that are returned must be shipped to our facility at the customer's expense.
