REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Our products cannot be returned unless they are defective for hygienic reasons. Within 14 days, all such defective items must be returned, and they will be examined to see if a refund or exchange is possible. Please send an email to  sales@galleriadistro.com if, within 14 days of receiving the goods, it turns out to be defective or malfunctioned. Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue with an exchange or refund.   

You will be informed as soon as the return is received and examined. After that, you will receive notification from our customer service staff on the refund's approval or denial.

Within five to seven business days, if the refund is authorized, it will be automatically reimbursed to the original credit card or payment method.

When returning an item, the client is in charge of covering the cost of postage. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more. Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Next, get in touch with your bank. It usually takes some time for a refund to be posted due to processing. If after following these steps you still haven't gotten your refund, send us an email at sales@galleriadistro.com.
