Return & Exchange

Due to hygiene reasons, our items can’t be returned unless they are faulty. All such faulty items will be so returned within 14 shall be inspected to determine whether a refund/exchange is applicable. In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product or your product stops working within 14 days of the receipt of such an item, please write to sales@galleriadistro.com, and our customer service team will help you with the applicable resolution of either an exchange or a refund.  

Once the return is received and inspected, you shall be notified regarding the same. Our customer care team shall then notify you concerning the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund shall be credited automatically to the credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

The customer shall be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  sales@galleriadistro.com.
